    I got those emails when habbo ordered utube to remove my videos lol.

    I found Google to be slow at removing videos when they took over. Apart from recently it seems like they've hired staff to remove videos every minute of the day.

    What's your argument exactly? If a corporation such as YouTube and many of the others are threatened with legal action, Of which seriously cripple them because of such a payout could happen. They are going to take action to avoid it. Thing is you've just got to keep an eye out for the new Video hosting sites and see what's on them, It will be a while before they get complaints for copyright infringements. Or alternatively why not just download a video from YouTube whist it's still on if you know it's going to be removed - Vixy.net is one that can be used.
