What we were thinking was instead of either having it or not, having a toggled feature so you could turn it on or off... although we haven't quite figured out exactly how to do it yet :S

I know I'm not very good at PHP but can't you just get the current time, add another hour to it, check the database for that slot on the correct day and if there is a username in one of the columns then you just echo it out?

you couldn't use the listeners current time because then the whole thing wouldn't work. you'd have to have a default system time or something.

It wouldn't be the current time though...it would be the server's time.

Whoops When I wrote that I was talking about the previous idea of the request line with send to a certain dj... lol? I guess I was outta it and accidentally quoted the wrong person :S srry

And as for the who's next it would be very simple. Just do like:

$time_now = servers default time;
$current_slot = convert $time_now to value between 1 and 24;
$next_show = $current_slot + 1;
echo $next_show is next;
