Lol is it me or did he just random pick the decent people without even asking them..

It's like me saying:

Tom (jaffa) your admin on my site
Erm.. who else random picks
Tom number 2 (redtom) Your moderater..

And then you have to have the jobs isn't this just wrong and the people have to choose wether they want to and not you decide.
