Remember seeing a post saying there going to bring them back somehow (Ithink) can't find that thread was a sticky but isnt there now.

Not sure if this is what you mean but this was posted by Ommra;

Q: What ranks can we earn?
A: There will be 4 titles total for players to earn. The ranking needed for each Arena title is as follows: (Rankings are based by Battlegroup):
% - .5%: Gladiator (and Armoured Nether Drake sent in mail)
.5% - 3%: Duelist
3% - 10%: Rival
10% - 35%: Challenger

The percentage refers to the percentage of teams, for example. The Top 0.5% in each bracket receive the Nether Drake mount and the Gladiator title, And so on as you can see.

It'd be hard to do with the honor system in place atm, Guess it could be done by number of kills.
