I've had that, been and gone now. Just cope with it really. If it happens during school (mine did) i just ignored it and didn't attract attention to myself. Luckily it happened in the lesson before PE all the time and never in PE

Tis normal and it will hurt when it touches any material for a few years depending if your circumsized or not, because the end if very sensitive. It will lose it sensitivity over the years but by then you should of stopped getting erections as often.
