Ive not seen your design taken, or your codeing, a the word live certainly isnt yours. So i dont even see what the coincidence is, its just you accuseing someone of stealing stuff all the time.

To my knowledge, a logo is an image which represents a company. How ever, both preivews in this thread are text based. If I were displaying my logo designs, I would preview one text based and one which is an image. I'm sorry for the harsh critisism, but they both are purely text effects, not logo's.

A logo can be purely text; it's stupid to say it can't.

Some of the worlds biggest companies have logo's with just text. EG/ eBay.

Nonono, I didn't explain it too well.

First, I come up with the KPRC2 design and show it to Kurt (Took inspiration from his site) he said it was cool, I went ahead and did it, then he goes and does a obvious rip of it (Read; He took it without mine or Kurt's permission), next I show him my core, then he shows me the code he just "made" claiming he's never used anyone's code, with my code in his panel (with due credit, so no complaint there) and I catch him out for it, then he says he's recoding his error logging (not seen the code, but his came about in his msn shortly after I showed the core of livepanel).

Now onto the name, it should seem pretty obvious why I'm saying about live now, not because he's taken the live name (which is used by loads of people) BUT because he's "used" my coding, ripped my layout leading to the quite obvious assumption that he's taken that too, just like he took my layout and coding and managed to get his "panel" (read: fail) popular from my work.

That should just about clear everything up!
