Feel like you falling when asleep lol ???

sometimes when i sleep i feel like i'm on a roller coaster, like you know, going up, down and turning around. it's a tad bit scary. but yeah, i've felt like i'm falling before.

i love it too, i think its caused when the chemical your brain uses to temporaraly paralyse you wears off or there isnt enough


i woke up as i shouted NO!! in my dream once, woke up my whole house

My friend woke up, heard a loud screaming noise and then everything went quiet. He's had it a couple of times

I sometimes can be facing the wall asleep then roll over and think im at the edge and going to fall of my bed, but im only in the middle

Yes. Sometimes I do not even dream, but when I wake up, I feel like I get negative G forces. Weird though.
