Well he should be able to pay you now, and also he would have known the account was limited as soon as he logged in so it sounds like a scam if he pretended he could get to the stage of being able to send.

Really? I've got a HSBC livecash card, I can pay my RS members with it, and I've set it up on PayPal, never used it though.
