i wear contacts 24/7
im -3.25
before i got contacts i had headaches everyday because i strained my eyes trying to see writing and tv etc
u dont need to wear glasses before u get contacts
after the first time u get the contacts in [can hurt a bit]
u gotta leave it for a week so your eyes adjust to it
although rare occasions peoples eyes are too small
