I agree to an extent. Bumping announcements is okay in my opinion as they always do it and it's just to make important announcements at the top but if they are breaking other rules (e.g swearing/spamming/abusive) etc then it's kind of unfair if they are aloud to do it. But bumping an announcement is hardly breaking a rule, yeah it's bumping and double posting but there manager(s) and it's upto them. :S I'm not saying just because there managers there aloud to break rules but c'mon they've probably helped wright them etc so they do abide by them otherwise it'll be being a hyprocrite. Meh.
