Maybe your not using good accounts?
Use either:
Nom or Per
They're both permed and will allways be hc so you can use as much as you want. Four of my non-hc friends have used them, however you may not want to because you dont like the look of my habbos but well free stuff is free XD
Btw, if you want more than 10 you can use the same name just change ip (reset or use proxy)

please remember though, you have to be HC.
and spell your name like, how you spelt it upon registering
