For a habbo layout i personally think its ok, I like the footer and think thats rather effective. The header which I imagine will be a new scroller is very nice. The banner image i would change maybe be inventive and create your own. The 'Sub content' boxes are rather nice and they look very good and fit in well, you may wish to spend some time working on the content area thats all i would say to be truthfull. Would love to see more of your work in the future, and good luck on this I'm sure you'll cope fine.

Sadly i think its abit rubbish, compared to your other work the side border's look silly and dont fit in, ;[ not your best so far.

Hopefully the final version will look much better
