I don't think it's good for elites. It's very simple as mousey said. Try adding more detail to it and then try again to submit it into elites.


Maybe:

• Bars on windows
• A wired fence
• A police car in front of the building
• Not so green?
• A bit more gloomy?

Just some suggestions ^^. Be creative and unique, it will give you a better chance for elites!
