Chavs

I h8 to stereotype certain ppl as chavs. But the ppl i do deserve it! They walk around acting all 'Hard' and playin up in class and stuff. Sometimes its funny to watch but others its so annoyin! Plus most of the people who i class as 'chavs' aren't nice people and laugh at other pplz expense!

Nah not really i kno quite a few goths and they're all quite wacky and funny. Never mean cos they're targeted alot by others.

I don't like the way everyone talks about them..
It's just stereotyping again! Why do people do it? I don't see why some people have to class certain people as 'chavs'
From the way you describe them, all of my family on my dad's side and most of my friends are chavs but I still love them

I agree with you there. Some of them aren't great people, but it is wrong to say that all chavs are the same and all chavs like to cause trouble.

My idea of a chav is someone who weears a cap with their hoodie over it.

How can you tell if someone is a chav by what they are wearing? I could go out dressed in all black and white powder on my face, but that still wouldn't make me a goth. It is just the way some goths or in this case chavs look.

I hate chavs..grrr..they think they "well 'ard" and it just proper annoys me how they think they are better than everyone else and have the right to beat everyone up. When people say that all chavs arn't that bad; it's because the ones you know arn't "proper chavs"

Well... I grew up with the chaviest of the chavs i guess lol. I dont judge anyone, me, myself, ye sometimes il wear addidas or nike but i guess im more individual. Nenywho... There are some "Chavs" who yes are total jerks but most arent. People think there all bad ye. Well i grew up in council estates, my mother an alchy. And the majority of people in my estates were lovely people, u wud get ur weirdos and that but hey! Thing is us council kids, we aint got much money so ye we cant go cinema or shopping or 2 the pub, clubs so ye they r gunna cause trouble, i mean a bottle of white lightning and a can of spray paint, costs less then a trip to the cinema. Anyway o, chaffing... It is now 6:00am... i have had 3 hours sleep in 3 days. Mission portable toilet you can fit in your bag is still in progress....

Nobody bad rep me for this, but i hate chavs, I know u'll all bad rep me now. lol
I'm a skater/punk and when i'm skatin with my mates,chavs try and start fights.
If they did touch us though we'd smack'em round the head with our boards :eusa_sile
I think I'm what I am because my dad owns a music shop,and I get to know people out of bands, and i'm in a band myself.
So I've grown up in a rock n roll life.

The majority of chavs vandalise and make ruthless comments to people in public, and yet seem to be proud of being a 'chav'.
Therefore I don't understand why people say 'Don't be stereo-typical about chavs', when they are being stereo-typical themselves by labelling themselves.

To be honest I'm just me, I don't really wanna be a chav, I don't really see anything appealing about vandalising things, smoking and stuff, and most chavs do it to impress eachother.

Why wish to call yourself a chav, when you 'don't do anything bad', I'm not exactly sure what chav stands for, but it's nothing nice, so if you want to be perceived as being a friendly person, I suggest you stop labelling yourself.

Labelling people by how they dress or what music they listen to is pretty stupid. I listen to all kinds of music (except RnB/Hip Hop etc) and dress however i want to.

People may class me as a Punk, or a Skater or whatever...the truth is i dont care.

The people known to act in a way which is stereotypically a "Chav" are also really annoying, I dont mind the fact they dress in (what i would consider) clothes i wore back in Year 6 or something, or that they wear gold jewellery.

What really annoys me is that they make their cars loud and have no care for the speed limits or other people on the road. They also give you a really evil look if you dont look like them, or start a fight if its 3 or more on 1.

The media hype surrounding "Chavs" is also annoying me, they go around terrorising people and society but get praise from the media, and celebreties dressing like them to be "cool"

They should all grow up and stop acting like they do.
