I don't know you, nor do I know any of the other people critising your work, but I too must say that design for helping ICT is horrible.

For a start a while back you made me do a template for you, and I did it to ACCEPTABLE standards - this was not the layout you are currently using. You keep using these tacky layouts, but refuse to each the one I made.

You are also using a SAMPLE logo I made for you.

To be honest though - your layouts aren't much better than that.

Splur people who havent had a bad past with you probably just feel sorry for you. But from every design of yours I have seen they are all of the same style and the are all below average.

Its not very good. The colors don't go well together and its just horrible looking.
