MOD-Kitty is Akela!, and PS are always giving people more chances to learn, so she'd of banned on MOD-Kitty, and lifted on Akela!, so it does make sense in a way. Personally I think (s)he should be permed, then they'd be gutted, then appeal, warning them they've got a second chance and then lift it. Ino it wastes time, but I think it's more likely to stop the scammer, scamming. Or it could just be attempt to keep the visitors up on Habbo? Flooding now allowed? Swearings allowed? Emails now allowed? You can get away with scamming by the looks of things now? It's just cause visitors have dipped, they don't want them to go down further

If MOD-Kitty doesn't leave logs of what she says on Habbo, she could possibly be losing her job. Her purpose is to keep everyone safe and intact. The problem with people like her is that she runs on her own one-way street.

Besides, Habbo has decreased the amount of "restrictions" so people would stop sending in complaints. Sulake is being bashed constantly by people and companies over and over again.

Habbo is a disaster and no one can deny it, not even Lost_Witness can change our minds even if he bribed us with unreleased rares.

Yeah I bet she was freaked out. She even said "holy crapp" but she tried acting like she was in normal business with "next" Lmao.. But she was let off either way.
