Alot of people deserve it but the person who does get the job will have to be very good with technical stuff and has to be able to upgrade the server and fix bugs (seeing that was tom's job)

We actually have a server administrating company that keeps our servers secure and upgrades the software on it and is here 24/7 if anything goes wrong on the server end. Originally Posted by --ss--2
