dude if you feel depressed find somthing that you enjoy e.g make new friends and hang with them, go out for walks or cycle rides umm pick up a new sport e.g snooker, football rugby?

I have low self esteem.. but my friends sort of help me through that.
If you feel really low, then perhaps you should talk to someone about the way you feel, like your parents, friends or even teachers.. its the best way; and Ive learnt that.
Just hold your head high, and it'll help pull you through.
