Girls are usually just teasing. Girls love to tease, always do & always will. At the end of the day you've got nothing to be worried about. I'd say she just means cuddling/making out with eachother in her bedroom. However if it was to be sex she was referring to, and I highly highly doubt it was, take a condom just in case. You have nothing to be worried about sex & once you get your first time outta the way you'll feel better in future. But at 13/14 I can't really see she would have meant sex atall, just making out! Just remember she's probably flirting/teasing and it seems to have worked!
