You should do every PE class. Perhaps bring carrot sticks or grapes to school for snacks. Drinking water instead of coke would be a great choice too. That or more milk. Just ignore the other kids who call you fat.

Since you're obviously so good at reading I have a little task for you .
Look through my last post and tell me where I said anybody who doesn't do PE is fat?

You should do PE anyway for the exercise. I never said if you don't you're fat.

well i wouldn't starve, you'll end up killing yourself, and for what? to be thin? is this for yourself or others? if you are happy with your weight, don't change and ignore the comments, or reply saying 'i can lose this, but you can't lose that face' or something like that.
if it's for yourself, don't starve, exercise, eat balanced healthy meals and don't skip breakfast, that's one of the most important meals. even if it's just half a bowl of cereal, or a piece of toast, eat at breakfast.
eating gives your metabolism a kickstart and could make it work faster, making you lose weight/keeping to your weight that you are at.
    (i read this somewhere)
somewhere along them lines anyway. ;]
