How long for hair to grow?

my hair is about 5 inches long and it took 7 months to grow, but i think its differnt with different people

Mine's not been cut in 3 years, it's currently 28" (2'4" or 70cm)

Getting it done proper short soon though

I only got mine cut 3 weeks ago and my fringe growing so fast i almost look like an emo

I duno how long it takes for mine 2 grow, because I want it longer it dosnt seam to me that its getting longer when it is but I dont notice, i think its the point I can see my hair now
