I'm ginger, stick with short with spikes but if your hair grows fast make a downward spike on ur fringe, suits me.

If you dont like the color dye it brown and it will go aurbon and aurbon is like amazing because it brightens your skin and you can wear anything with it. so personally I'd dye it brown and have it quite short like brandon flowers:

Do I have to explain it being a joke

I think short and spikey is perhaps the worst idea you can do if you're ginger, it doesn't usually look good.
Maybe work a side quiff? (a quiff going off to 1 side)
