Ok, now I actually read the thread and realized it was fake. You guys are so damn gullible...
Why would Nintendo upload a .swf on a swf upload site? They'd upload on their official site. I know Flashes can be downloaded, but no one would have downloaded it then uploaded it on a different site, just plain stupid.
To download a .swf or any other files, go into Tools > Internet Options then on Browser History, settings > View Files.
