She changes every so often. I heard someone said its a gif image so its made to change randomaly. Personally, with it changing i dont think this decides what side of your brain you use.

OMG O_O. I focused on it for ages and then it looked like she was just swinging her leg but she went from clockwise ot anti-clockwise
