I think you should have say 3 coders and 3 designs.People can order templates/logo's/banner and scripts. If someone request's a coder website, the whole time works together and splits the money depending on how you helped.

Ive always wanted to do this but i didnt have time, if you set it up ide love to help!

    Thanks, kane.

I don't think most of the people on this Forum are skilled enough to work for/run a web design/development 'company'. Sorry to be mean.

Oli, redtom, richardknox, caleb and yourself are the only people who have a "chance". (Sygon if he is no longer unwanted, LOL)

    I can't design worth a flip.

    Back to the point.

If anyone wishes to be a designer or coder, please send an E-Mail to: [email protected], with the following template:

    Name:
    E-Mail:
    CV (If you have one):
    Experience:
    Examples:
    Other information:

That will help me keep it up, if you do not have any examples.. I am sorry but you don't stand a chance.

    Also, the payment.
It would depend on how many designers worked on the project, also it would depend on how much work was put into the project. Example:

    Designer A - 10% of the work
    Designer B - 90% of the work

Designer A is not going to get near as much as designer B. We would have to decide as a team what the percentage would be.

When you hear what Sygon's been up to (ask Liberation) you won't think that.

We thought about doing the payment this way:

    Say:
    Designer X designed the layout. - 45%
    Coder B coded the layout. - 45%

Each designer gets 45% of the pay, with 10% going to the company. That 10% of each project would pay for server costs, expenses, and to different departments/me.
