right you have two tubes going down your throat one for food and 1 for air when you throw a sweet in the air the tube which is for breathing is opne so if the sweet doesnt land on your tongue then the air tube keeps open and it goes down there and can suffocate you where a if it lands on ur tounge then you are ok
