I just had a quick flick through your code and I noticed you have " style="" " on a couple of your tags, you could easily add a class/id into your external css document. Also, try working in percent? It would save a lot of hasstle with other screen sizes (especially with the login area).

Also you could do with making the threads bump with in posts.

When you goto member id's if you type in a non existant member id eg. 1212 it just shows the blank info. Maybe make an error page?

So when a new comment is added in an old thread, the thread goes to the top of the list. I think that's what Tom means.

EDIT: and yeah, I think you've rushed it as your trying to put stuff in like the views feature, but that just increases every time some one refreshes the page, what isn't good.
