I would rather everything tested on animals than humans. Though it puts me off when it says "Tested on animals" on my condoms.

Test on animals first. Then, give the person their choice. If something goes wrong, it's their idiocy, not the company. Sure, it seems wrong, but hey; if they don't do it, who will?

I don't know. It's hard to say, really. Without all these tests, such as on animals and people, where else could we go? It's our sick way of practicing medicine, and it's sad to say that it's rather mandatory. Unless you'd prefer some untested products zooming directly out of the worlds pharmacies?

I stand by the opinion that it should be done to people on death row. It's a bit contradictory to refuse to test it on humans because it'd taint their quality of life or kill them but then go and execute them anyway.

Animals dont have a choice, humans do and if they want to do it then they can, if they die or get severe side affects they knew about it. The animals dont.

If it was possible to do so without getting human rights issues (which obviously there would be) then I'd agree, I have nothing against the idea of breeding subclasses of humans just for testing. As it is though, animals are the way to go.

So why cant there be laws for animals as there is humans?
