The best way to handle people with problems like this is to call them freaks. Have some respect, you don't know what's going on in his head.

Theres this crazy tramp kid in my school and he watches stuff like jackass and
dirty sanchez and thinks its cool to do what they do.. so when hes in school he like staples himself all over and pierces his lips and **** with a pin. He also flips out and hits teacher sometimes but everyone beats him up cos his like 2 feet tall and has school top which is like a belly top for him.
