It's not, if you read it it says karamja..
And its a very rubbish update.. to combat based not enough other things. Don't like it, however i am looking foward to a new seasonal clothing piece to add to my collection.

It is good for like pro pkers and clans not so good for the average 'scaper..
or skillers, my friend is dissapointed as she can't take part in any of these updates..

updates?
So how much is RS now, i used to play it a long time ago, and i sort of did about 3 weeks ago, it was ok, but theres been no real changes. Tbh they should make a little bit more for the free acc, i know its less money for them, but it would attract more RS'ers
