Trailer 1 showed of graphics and introduced us to Niko and shizzle
Trailer 2 showed off the gameplay and game engine
Trailer 3 might show off plot and my theory is, we might see a release date

I reckon they'll show a mission cut scene or something along those lines.

Yea think about it, the title of the trailer is "move up, ladies" which might mean it takes place outside of a club of some sort, which if true will be a mission cutscene

It'll show another character, different part of the city.

I reckon it will be along the lines of a prostitution ring hence the title

They wont show us the plot, they've given us a general outline - you play as Nicko, you're eastern European, you moved to Liberty City in hopes of living the american dream, obviously you get involved with the crime side of things and that's it, they wont give us anything else, they never have with previous games
