That means that hackers could steal furni and trade it for creds and then force sulake to send them a cheque.

It also means when you want to quit habbo convert all your thrones to creds, get yourself banned and wait for a big cheque in the post.

it might only be for credits you've actually purchased yourself and not traded for... by phone/text if you get me

otherwise everybody would exploit that t&c

Actually, every single ban reason was the same (Violation of T&C), and from someone who has three perm banned accounts anyway, that's very (incorrect) and hypocritical.

In the T+Cs that you agreed to when registering you agreed to being able to be banned for anything or nothing.

And as far as I'm aware Sulake only give you money back for credits in the purse that were bought via credit card, phone etc not traded.
