I suppose there maybe some fairness. Afterall, the fire service went on strike a few years ago and life wasn't that bad "/ As long as they get their pay rise then peace would be restored. Afterall, most of the vigilantes are normal people. If someone steals a handbag, there is more of a likelyhood that a citizen will chase down the culprit than a policeman being there.
