I doubt it would hurt that much, well - I guess it depends on your pain tolerance.

I had my tongue pierced a while ago, which they don't numb, and it didn't hurt at all... I think, depending where you go - they numb your nipples.

I guess it would just hurt for a little time after seeing that it'll be rubbing against your clothes, etc.

I dont think they numb it. Just squeeze it tight with a clamp then push the needle through
