    TBH the info given by doctors is mixed some say up to nine some say more than 7 can reduce your lifespan so, just sleep enough to feel good...

    When you're a teenager you're growing more--you need the sleep. It's also natural for a teenager to go to bed later and wake up later. Also, I agree with Parasite, the whole day is wasted if you wake at 2; especially during the winter months when the daylight goes quicker.

    I think at like 15/16 you're menna have about 12 hours sleep, but thats just what i've been told..

    I generally go to sleep at 10:30 on school nights and wake up for 6:30 to get ready and catch the bus
    but because its summer holidays i've been going to bed between 10:30-12:30ish and getting up between 7:00-10:30

    i generally sleep 8 hours and then i'm fine but lately its been 2 hot to sleep and yeah causes me to sleep in a little

    8 hours i think is average.

    i sleep bout 7 but longer at weekends

    I get like 7 1/2 weekdays, and 11 on weekends but I'm always shattered and have baggy eyes. That's life.

    For the last three weeks I've been going to bed around 3-6am and getting up at around 12-3pm.

    i hate waking up early, and i don't know why sleeping till afternoon is a waste of the day? why is being awake at 11am better than being awake at 2am?

    during last holidays i usually woke up around 3pm, so i had two hours of daylight, but who cares i love night!
