We all know its you with the itchy sack so stop telling lies or your penis won't grow and your nose will start getting really big.

A good solution to itchy sack is to shave off all your puubes and don't use any cream after you have shaved your ***** and it won't itch

Perhaps you should consider purchasing some Permethrin or Lindane I think it's called (just keep it away from the tip of your penis. You just put in on the infected area and it should soothe quite rapidly. It's just that it sounds like you/your friend has crabs. It's quite a serious thing actually. If the irritation is still present visit your doctor. The person who said shave them off is also quite right as it can cut the number of lice and eggs.

You should use antihistamine lotions to help prevent the irritation of the itchy area like Benadryl or something like that.

Just a suggestion.

Its most likely from when you sweat alot down there (you might not know it but it most likely does* Make sure you get air to them and shower alot so it gets all the sweat off
