I'm being told they are keeping the current office although they will be using some extra space in the building next door.

That would make sense, last time I checked it was Suite 103, a recent email I think said Suite 103-104

They are asking us which charity they should do and that they are moving (next door!):
I chose RSPCA obviously. I love pets.

So that is why they are selling on ebay basically - Because they are moving next door .
