The scandal I think was when Jibbi was like doing a lottery with a normal Habbo member for thrones and tickets costed hcs and thrones, and then that member ran off with the thrones but got banned.

Correct, and they didn't find the Thrones until about two years later, and it was only then that they were handed over to the winner.

Oh I thought the scandal was when a member was doing a lotto and pursuaded Jibbi to give a Throne for the prize. I think it was advertised on the homepage aswell. It cost a HC or something to enter and when it came to the draw, the member organising it ran. That's what I heard.

but they did a runner with all the thrones lol, i bet they wouldn't have banned them if they didn't make it official, but cos they made it official they probably felt like they had to do sumit lol
