I wouldn't ask if they are gay but if he told me his gay then I wouldn't 'hate' them, but if he tried anything on me then yes I would get all offensive.
But I would make sure the people I make friends with are straight.

Loads of friends come on to each other... I have female friends who pretend to be coming on to me, I even have lesbian friends and some gay friends... It's what friends do.. Sometimes... Your 'end 'of' suggests you don't even know why you dislike gay people
