As far as I'm aware if it was open you'd have to have some sort of ID/Pass to show you work there. I'm sure they don't just allow any person in.

Why are you being sarcastic? Maybe they only live 5 minutes away from it and where shopping at the time. It doesn't make you sad just because you took a photo of the habbo offices.

Wrong. When I visted them to unban my acc which was banned for no reason (^^), they let me into the actualy Habbo room, where they signed me up to a new Yahoo account, and unbanned my account, that was the time of callie though ;]
