    Tbh, i don't really use much salt.. I only like salt on fish shop chips, not homemade etc..

    I like salt on my food, just a bit, though. I know some people who use like half the salt container on their food. I cant stand loads of salt.

    I I don't use pepper much, just on like Sunday dinners etc.

    i'm the star in the reasonably priced car!

    I dont put it on chips or usual things but like chicken and roast spuds i do like alot of it on there

    I don't add salt to anything that I eat once prepared, just during cooking.

    yeah even though i know it's very unhealthy - im slim though so it doesn't bother me at the moment.

    The controversy surrounding salt isn't based on weight, the human body can only physically absorb so much salt healthily however big you are. 6 grams a day is the recommended limit. Salt is bad for your blood over the limit.

    Erm. I like Salt if it's to put on chips or to give Salad some nice flavour but that's about it. I stay away from it because I wanna keep my heart how it is
