Cheats arn't popular on next gen consoles anyway, last time I cheated was big head mode in Motorstorm.

They are popular, GTA4 will most likely have cheats, every GTA game so far has had cheats so I don't see why this'll be any different

Can the PS3 let people have private voice chat?
The PS3 can't do everything a 360 can do, a 360 CAN do everything a PS3 can do, the only thing that it is limited by is space on the disk, that is all the PS3 has that the 360 doesn't while the 360 has quite alot the PS3 doesn't have, the PS3 might have better graphics but the 360 runs faster
If you can name things that the PS3 can do that the 360 can't do apart from blu-ray related stuff then do so, unless you don't tell people then it's just you talking out your butt
