they never contacted me about a name change? unless they mean the one of the messages i got after i got banned which i cant read. it says to contact them for a name change in the ban reason but still, no reply from either message :|

well, the outcome of this has been they have now transfered everything to my other account
including my beta access and islas and backgreounds and widgets etc
