It will be open to public on the 22nd of February, however, there could be a delay in this due to the delay of the BETA opening for BETA testers. If you are talking about when the BETA client is opening, no-one knows, not even the staff. I think they are waiting for Motorola (the competition winner) to get online, because he gets to go on before everyone. It's hard because he lives in USA.

Crans, they said it was going to open in November, and this didn't happen because apparently, they were planning to open it in 2.5D in November, but now they have made it 3D. This may not be true, but it is what I heard.
