He just phish's MODS he gets there emails somehow and talks to them then he sends an email pretending to be sulake not that great but the hard bit is getting the MOD's email ect god knows how he does it.
Im on the USA hotel he sent a alert advertising his site and he unbanned his mates thats all I know being a active poster on his forum.

His website has users trying to hack Habbo/RS/Paypal accounts.
So watch out.

Nobody just gets IP banned and that's it. People always have ways around it and if he wanted to continue doing it for the next 10 years he probably could.
