Personal opinion it sounds like a no, or she'd of reacted differently. The "dont know what to say to him" also tells me that. Sorry.

When someone says that to me, (if I don't really like them) I don't know what to say, I mean you can't say 'Oh really?' because they might get the wrong idea. I say 'awww', it doesn't mean she likes you. But ask her.
