Then when you feel like it's getting easy increase them to 10 more and so on.
Im doing around 10-15 now so ill steadily increase it
Well in 3 months i've lost 1/2 a stone in fat and gained about the same in muscle. Just through doing 20-50 sit-ups and push-ups a night. Six pack ftw

Dont eat to much try like if your having like roast chicken try eat more of the veg and less like chips etc
Sit up's tighten your belly so do like 30 each hour then next day try doing 40 you will lose weight in no time
