What i cant understand
why could sulake be taking legal action?

Also, when an staff email is created for a certain Sulake staff member, The persons first and last name is used so it would be like for e.g Joe Blogs

it would be [email protected] ect.

Yeah, I know. Plus people use fake e-mail sender, so it pretents to be some sulake staff. But first they should send you a header.

I have somebody in my list with the email, Lost_witness ******* and it looks very much like a habbo one.
a) Habbbo staff have emails with either HabboUK in the first bit or there hotel.
b) No staff will ask for your password, so never give it! (They can just see it on there computer screens - IF THEY WHERE STAFF)
