Doesn't matter, it varies according to subject and if you get in without the associated grades, they'll put you into GCSE English or whatever GCSE you failed at.

That's what mine did at least :S

At my 6th form it's 8 A*-C's with 5 A*-B's in the three sciences, Maths and English

Also, A* or A in the chosen A level subjects

    But it's probably a lot easier into other 6th form/colleges (Y)

    Ditto.
But why stay at school for 1 - 2 years longer when you hardly learn any working life knowledge where as college has more real life situations with a much more variety of courses.

Was 5 C's at mine which was relatively easy for me considering I had a A* and a B before I was even in Year 11...

At the college am going to go to its 6 A*-C for 4-Alevels and because doing Accounting and Maths you need a grade B at maths GCSE or A-A* for further maths

5 A*-C at my Sixth Form. They only let ONE person in who didn't get that. That person actualy burnt down the Sixth Form when we was in Year 10, and was apparently 'traumatised' by it, so allowed in.
