
You know what lacks from usersystems? The ability to interact with the staff. Maybe have a staff chat, where once a week some of the staff log on to the chat and users can ask them things. Instead of email which takes forever![]()

Yeah, you could do, but then its getting a bit beyond the point of the homes script. Maybe as another projct, sure, but I doubt Simon would want to include a live support system, im sure the staff can chat on the current shoutbox as well.
